Settle Support
Settle is an iOS app by Attention Labs. It lists open class-action settlements, shows which ones cover the brands and categories you picked, warns you before a deadline passes, and sends you to the administrator's own claim form. Filing is always free and you always do it yourself.

Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple, not inside Settle:
- On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Settle → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Settle and Found are sold separately. One account covers both, so signing in with the same Apple ID carries your claims across, but each app has its own subscription.
Restore a purchase on a new device
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open Profile → Account → Restore purchases.
Change what we match, or delete everything
- Brands and categories — Profile → Brands and categories. Adding a service you forgot you used is the single thing that changes your matches most.
- Everything — Profile → Your data → Delete my account and data, then type DELETE. This removes your brand and category choices, your saved claims, notes and notification settings. It is hidden immediately and permanently erased after seven days. It does not cancel an active subscription: do that with Apple first.
Common questions
Does a match mean I am owed money?
No. A match means the case covers a brand or category you selected. Eligibility is decided by the settlement's own criteria, which are on the case screen and, authoritatively, on the official notice.
Why does a case say "Amount not published"?
Because the administrator has not published a per-person figure. Most do not until claims close. We show that rather than invent an estimate.
Why does the app not file the claim for me?
The administrator's form is free, and it often asks for a claim ID or proof we deliberately never hold. We never file on your behalf and we never take a percentage.
I filed on the official site. Why does Settle still say "saved"?
We cannot see what happens on an administrator's site, so the ledger is only as accurate as what you mark. Open the claim and mark it filed; the deadline reminders stop when you do.
What does the subscription unlock?
Estimated payouts, the official claim links, the full eligibility criteria, and alerts when a new case opens covering your brands. Case counts, deadlines and proof flags stay visible without paying.
