GlamMe Support
GlamMe is an AI beauty-analysis app for iOS by Attention Labs. It reads a selfie and returns your colour season and palette, facial-feature analysis, an aesthetic preview with a routine, and product matches — each one tied back to the measurements it came from.
Get in touch
Email support@attentionlabs.dev. We reply within two business days. If you are writing about a specific scan, tell us roughly when you ran it — we do not look at your photos otherwise.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple, not inside GlamMe:
- On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → GlamMe → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a purchase on a new device
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open Settings → Restore purchases in GlamMe.
Delete a scan, or your whole account
- One scan — open the scan, then use its menu to delete it. The photo, any generated images and the analysis are removed from our servers.
- Everything — Settings → Delete account and data. This permanently removes your profile, every scan and image, and your credit records. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel an active subscription — do that with Apple first.
Common questions
My scan was rejected for image quality.
GlamMe refuses to analyse an image it cannot measure confidently rather than guess. Try even, indirect light, face the camera straight on, remove glasses, and keep hair off your forehead and cheeks.
The preview does not look like me.
Every generated preview is checked against your original photo and regenerated if it has drifted. If one still looks wrong, email us — that is a bug we want.
Is my photo used to train AI models?
No. See the Privacy Policy for exactly who processes your images and for how long.
How old do I have to be?
13 or older. Users under 18 never receive ranked appearance scores or "flaw" lists.
